Transportation

Airport Pick-ups
from Cancún International Airport to the Ritz-Carlton

CSAA has arranged for round-trip transportation from the Cancún International Airport to the Ritz-Carlton. The price of transportation is $65.00 per person round trip. This includes all applicable taxes, gratuities, assistance with your luggage, and cold fresh towels and beverages on the trip to and from the hotel.

Upon arrival at Cancún International Airport, attendees must go through Immigration first where you will need your passport or certified birth certificate with raised seal or an original birth certificate if seal is not required in your state, with a picture ID. The next stop is the luggage carousel where attendees must claim their luggage and then follow the signs that say Customs. Clearing Customes in Cancún is very easy. Bilingual uniformed staff will be waiting for CSAA Annual Meeting attendees outside the airport terminal with the skycaps to receive the luggage from attendees and accompany them to the assigned vehicle.

All transportation must be signed up for and paid for in advance. Deadline to register and PAY for transportation is October 11, 2002. Information regarding payment, required flight arrival and departure information can be found on the Registration Form.
