2004 Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

The following events are available for Sponsorship during the 2004 CSAA Annual Meeting at the Westin St. John Resort & Villas in St. John, U.S.V.I.

Events can be sponsored as a whole or in part. Preference will be given to companies who want to cover the entire cost of an event and are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in sponsoring an event, please fill out the Sponsorship Request Form enclosed, indicate your preference, amount and fax it back to me as soon as possible as we want to give you the proper recognition right away. All sponsoring companies are highlighted in the CSAA Dispatch, the Signals, Conference Program, On-site and on the CSAA website. Sponsors are encouraged to attend the events they sponsor not only for recognition but also for the opportunity to have the attendees express their appreciation.

With hotel rooms at just $140 per night we expect that this will be the largest CSAA Annual meeting to date. This is an unbelievable rate that will never be repeated. With more than 60% of the hotel rooms already taken we are off to a great start.

CSAA appreciates the generosity of our member companies in sponsoring events as it allows the meetings to be conducted at a level not ordinarily possible. If you have any questions or are interested in other possible sponsorship opportunities, please don’t hesitate to contact me, John S. McDonald, (703) 242-4670 ext. 17 or meetings@csaaul.org. All events will be held at the Westin St. John Resort & Villas unless otherwise noted.

Again, our most sincere thanks for your generosity in sponsoring events during the CSAA Annual Meeting.
