Meeting Registration and Hotel Reservations

Please note:

Given the nature and location of the Central Station Alarm Association 2006 Annual Meeting, CSAA must finalize plans and provide guaranteed attendance figures far in advance of the meeting. CSAA will require that you submit your hotel reservation form along with your meeting registration form directly to CSAA. The hotel will not accept direct reservations at the CSAA rate and CSAA will not submit your hotel reservation form to the Cavalieri Hilton without a completed registration form, including payment in full.

Passports and Visas

If you plan to attend the CSAA Annual Meeting in Rome, you must have a valid passport to enter Italy. Use of birth certificates or other forms of identification, other than a passport, are not valid entry documents for travel to Italy and other European countries.

U.S., Canadian, U.K., Irish, Australian and New Zealand citizens with a valid passport do not need a visa to enter Italy if they don’t expect to stay more than 90 days.

Please check the valid dates of your passport. It must be current through the length of your trip.


Discounted Air Fares to Rome and Milan

United Airlines is the official airline for the Central Station Alarm Association’s 2006 Annual Meeting . If you or your travel agent call United’s toll-free number (1-800-521-4041) to book your reservations, you will receive a 10% discount off the lowest applicable discount fare, excluding First Class, or a 15% discount off full coach fares, with no advance purchase. An additional 5% discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 60 days in advance of your travel. Discounts also apply on United Express. Call United’s Specialized Meeting Reservations Center at 1-800-521-4041 to obtain the best fares and schedule information. Make sure you refer to Meeting ID Number 539TL. Dedicated reservationists are on duty Mon-Fri 8:00am to 10:00pm / Sat-Sun 8:00am to 8:00pm EST.
