The CSAA Falls Ops Management Seminar will take place from Nov. 13-15, 2011, in the Chicago suburb of Lombard/Oak Brook, Ill.

This seminar series was created to provide information to central station operators and supervisory personnel working for or delivering services to central stations. 2011 seminar topics include, “Social Media and the Central Station,” “How to Develop your Future Central Station Leaders,” and “Training Requirements to Monitor Video.”
The 2011 CSAA Falls Ops Management Seminar also will feature an update on the ASAP project from the three central stations that are piloting it (Vector Security, United Central Control and Monitronics).
Initially, the Falls Ops Management Seminar was presented in lecture format, but it has developed into an interactive networking of peers. The goal of these seminars is to provide a forum for networking and open dialogue among central station operation professionals.
If you already have attended one or more of the management seminars, we thank you for your contribution. This is your group, and it works because of you. Keep the ideas coming, and continue to participate.
Registration is open to any interested party, and non-members are encouraged to participate.

CSAA Member: $400.00 (includes the program and seminar materials, Sunday cocktails and informal networking function, lunches on Monday and Tuesday, and all breaks).
Non-Member: $500.00 (includes the program and seminar materials, Sunday cocktails and informal networking function, lunches on Monday and Tuesday, and all breaks).
FEE POLICY: The CSAA Member Fee applies to CSAA members only. The Non-Member fee applies to any person employed by a company or organization that is actively engaged in the security industry that is Not a member of CSAA.

- $109/night for King Rooms (single or double occupancy), exclusive of applicable state and local taxes.
- $119/night for Double-Double Rooms (single or double occupancy), exclusive of applicable state and local taxes.

The Embassy Suites Chicago - Lombard/Oak Brook is an all-suites hotel.
