What is ACCENT?

ACCENT is a listserver developed by the Security Industry Association (SIA) and the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) for the exclusive use of its members.

The acronym stands for the Alarm Call Center Education, Networking and Training.

What is a Listserver?

A listserver is an electronic mailing list of e-mail addresses of people interested in a certain topic.

By subscribing to ACCENT, you will be able to participate in discussions via e-mail of topics of interest to the Central Station industry. Subscribing is FREE.

By sending an e-mail message to the list, it is automatically e-mailed to other ACCENT subscribers. The one rule is that no one may post messages advertising fee-based services or products.
