CSAA To Host the North American Monitoring Technologies
& Exhibition (NAMTSE)
CSAA's Mid-Year Meeting to Sport a Different Format

The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) is pleased to announce the formation of the North American Monitoring Technologies Symposium and Exposition (NAMTSE) which will be held April 27-May 1, 2001 at the Westin Savannah Harbor Resort in Savannah, Georgia.

The purpose of this meeting is to expand the scope of CSAA's already-successful Mid-year Meeting. 

CSAA's Board of Directors saw the need to expand the educational opportunities to encompass new technologies, new managing principles, new central station operational procedures, etc. by offering close to 25-30 educational programs, broken in several tracks.

Each track will include approximately 11 topics. NAMTSE will also include a very narrowly-focused exhibition which will showcase products, technologies and services unique to central stations and call centers. 

"This is a unique concept because the central station industry has evolved into a new hybrid industry with very unique and specific needs. The Board and the members of CSAA would like to discuss those unique needs with vendors of central station/call center products and services." said Ralph W. Sevinor, President of CSAA.
