Submission Requirements

Presentation proposals must include the following to be considered:

• A brief description of the presentation in 50 words or less that will be used in the official NAMTSE Program and the CSAA Dispatch.

• Please indicate which track you would like it to be considered for (Saturday-Sunday, May 17th-18th) OR if it is to be considered for the general session on Monday, May 19th.

• A 50-100 word biography and photograph (to be used for marketing purposes) of the presenter.

  A biography and a photo of the presenter.

• Date and place where program was last presented (if applicable).

• Any date and place where you intend to present program prior to the 2003 NAMTSE.

Presentations must be submitted to Suzanne George, CSAA’s Director of Meetings and Conventions, using the on-line Proposal Submission Form or by email (meetings@csaaul.org)  or fax (703-242-4675) the form.

NOTE: Presenters will be responsible for their own expenses and must be registered for the meeting.

The deadline date for submission is JANUARY 20, 2003. The CSAA Education Committee will evaluate all submissions and confirm all presentations.

Audio Visual

The following standard audiovisual equipment will be provided for all presenters in the meeting room.  Any additional audiovisual equipment will be the responsibility of the presenter.
