Orlando, Fla. to Host 2007 CSAA Forum Meeting
Save the Date!

CSAA is pleased to announce that the 2007 CSAA Electronic Security Forum & Exposition will take place May 16-20, 2007 at the beautiful Buena Vista Palace Hotel in Orlando, Fla., across the street from Downtown Disney and only a short complimentary shuttle ride from the Disney theme parks. The hotel is just 20 minutes from downtown Orlando and the Orlando International Airport (MCO).

We are also pleased to announce that the 2007 SDM Top 100 Gala Dinner will take place again during the CSAA Forum on Saturday evening, May. 19, 2007.

The CSAA Education Committee has started to work on programming for the next CSAA Forum. If you would like to be a speaker in the Forum, please send an e-mail to John Lombardi, Chairman of the CSAA Education Committee, at johnl@ciasecurity.com. Be sure to include in your e-mail the title and a short summary of the proposed presentation.


Participate in the PDQ Award Competition

CSAA members are committed to the reduction of false dispatches. Showcase the results of your efforts to the rest of the industry by participating in the Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC)'s Police Dispatch Quality (PDQ) Award program.

CSAA member Vector Security won last year's competition due to its totally committed corporate team and program that follows virtually every industry recommendation to reduce false alarms. Vector reduced dispatches from 1.37 to .8 per customer.
