Tomorrow is the CSAA 2008 Annual Meeting Early Bird Deadline If you plan to attend the CSAA 2008 Annual Meeting at the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman and have not registered for the meeting it’s not too late to take advantage of the Early Bird Discount. Tomorrow, Thursday, September 4th, is the 2008 CSAA Annual Meeting Early Bird Deadline. Rates will increase by $150 per person after that date. Forms and payment must be received by close of business on September 4th to qualify for these discounts. Don’t forget to sign up for the tours and excursions offered during the meeting. Some of the tours are almost completely sold out, so get your form in today to avoid disappointment. Reminder: Due to the small size of Grand Cayman, CSAA and the Ritz-Carlton are concerned that there may not be a sufficient number of taxis available to handle airport transfers on peak arrival and departure days. To avoid possible delays at the airport please complete a Hotel Transportation Form and return it directly to the hotel’s Destination Services Department. Transportation must be arranged in advance. The deadline for making transportation arrangements is Tuesday, September 23rd. Need forms? Go the CSAA website at www.csaaul.org/2008AnnualMeeting.htm.
