2010 CSAA Central Station Excellence Awards
Ten Excellence Awards Given
The Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA) is pleased to congratulate the winners of the 2010 CSAA Central Station Excellence Awards. The award winners were announced on June 16 at the 2010 Electronic Security Expo in Pittsburgh, Pa.

2010 Central Station of the Year:Doyle Security Systems, Inc., Rochester, NY 2010 Central Station Manager of the Year: Greg Hurst, Monitronics International, Dallas, Texas 2010 Central Station Operator of the Year: Lindsay Marcell, ADT Security Services, Inc., Boca Raton, FL 2010 Central Station Support Person of the Year:Phil Arnold, Alarmco Inc., Las Vegas, NV “The quality of the submissions is impressive,” said Steve Doyle, executive vice president of CSAA. “The judges decided to award again honorable mentions in each category due to so many deserving central stations, managers, support staff and operators,” added Doyle. |

The purpose of these prestigious awards is to establish and promote the inherent value of central station services; honor those who have made the most significant contributions to the service; and promote the distinct level of professionalism attained by central stations that are certified by any of the CSAA-approved Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs). Participation in the Awards is open to any central station that is certified by any of the CSAA-approved NRTLs, whether a CSAA member or not.
