Although an experienced operator of six years, Ms. Peters indicated that she was able to learn new things in the course.
Others agree with her assessment of the course. "I love the training; I especially liked the reviews at the end of each section. Most of our operators did it at their home and found that it was very easy to use," said Rebecca Everhart, Central Station Supervisor, Custom Security Services. "We are using it to train the supervisors, the operators, and the new hires," added Everhart.
In less than 3 months, almost 100 people have signed up to take the course. We are expecting that the number of students will rise dramatically in the next three months.
